Waiver Information

It is acknowledged and understood that horseback riding, caring for and being around horses/ponies can be a dangerous and unpredictable activity. I/We hereby release and hold harmless the Horner Family and/or fertile green farms(fertile green stables llc) and their trainers and staff from all claims, actions, suits and /or damages that may occur as a result of any injuries sustained while my child/children , myself, and or anyone accompanying me is riding and or participating in any horse or non-horse related activity while on the property of Fertile Green Farms(Fertile Green Stables LLC). Falls do happen in riding. This shall include all losses, damages, costs, and council fees that may occur as a result of injury and related claims by any parties. By signing this release, I take FULL responsibility for my child/ children/company while on the FGF property, even if the other parent has not signed this release. I will communicate make aware to Trainer and Farm owner of any concerns or known dangers to others while on the property. I have read this release and sign it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

During the summer only, we provide swimming at the end of the day. The pool will be sectioned off for younger swimmers. We require Parental permission (written or verbal) to allow your children to go into the deep end and use the diving board. We also have a lifeguard on staff at the pool to provide that extra level of safety for our campers! We ask that you send your children with goggles, a bathing suit, a towel, sunscreen, flips flops or sandals, and swimmies if necessary.
