Located at 948 Mullica Hill Road in South Harrison Township, New Jersey; our Horse Camps have been featured in Mullica Hill Moms & South Jersey Magazine, and SouthJersey.com. They are very popular and fill up fast! We run camps during Easter week, 5-6 weeks during the summer, Columbus Day, fall break camp, and a Christmas week camp!

Our camps have been run by the owner and operator, Kristen Horner accompanied by a large dedicated staff of experienced horse owners, for the past 18 years. No experience is needed, and rest easy knowing your children’s safety is our primary focus. We have a camp counselor ratio of 1:3 campers. We teach general farm safety as well as approaching the horses, working around the horses and riding the horses. Additionally, we cover complete Horse Care Grooming, tacking, feeding, nutrition and daily horse care and chores. Then we have some fun by doing crafts, games, hay rides and Theme Days. Each camper gets one on one private instruction for ensure the utmost safety for your children

TENTATIVE GENERAL FULL SCHEDULE

**We do have aftercare available upon request at a cost of $15 per hour**

Campers arrive at the farm at 948 Mullica Hill Road Harrisonville NJ 08039 at 9:00 am.

Please do not arrive before 9:00 am, as it is a working farm, and there needs to be supervision.

Siblings are not permitted to run around unattended. After children are checked in, parents are free to leave.

9:00 check-in -Welcome -Farm/horse safety

9:15 break in 3 groups to care for all 30 horses

Horse care-feeding, nutrition, bedding, etc

9:45 Break up in small groups for horse prep. grooming & tacking

10:15-12:15 Rotations < Individual riding instruction < crafts< games<wagon rides.

12:15 Untack/groom Horses & Bath them

12:30 Lunch- free time

1:00-2:00 scavenger hunts and free time to explore farm and have more horse time, finish crafts.

For Horse Camp

1.Bring a packed lunch, make sure to include ice packs if food needs to be kept cold

2.Bring plenty of water to drink

3.Wear long pants with any shirt for riding

4.Bring a helmet that fits the rider (bike helmets are fine)

5.Any shoe with a heel (boot),sturdy shoes or sneakers

You will receive a copy of your completed waiver emailed to you after you complete your registration. Please make sure to print that out and bring with you. 

During the summer only, we provide swimming at the end of the day. The pool will be sectioned off for younger swimmers. We require Parental permission (written or verbal) to allow your children to go into the deep end and use the diving board. We also have a lifeguard on staff at the pool to provide that extra level of safety for our campers!
